Neuron Online Club: How to be more successful globally

Invitation to an exclusive online discussion with scientists and experts

LIVE ON WEDNESDAY, MAY 3, 2023, AT 5 PM

Is the Czech Republic globally successful due to its knowledge utilization? Does Czech education, science, and business environment meet global standards? And why is it important to connect theory with practice? During the Neuron Foundation's online expert meeting, we will attempt to name the obstacles that hold us back, be inspired by examples from Israel, the United States, or Switzerland, and present ways to overcome them. We will learn about the entrepreneurial mindset of global scientists and showcase specific examples of how Czech science has found its way to business success and what lies behind it.

The discussion, led by Prof. Jan Konvalinka and Monika Vondráková, will be attended by Michal Pěchouček (Gen Digital, professor of artificial intelligence), Martin Fusek (IOCB Tech, expert in scientific transfer), Jakub Abramson (Weizmann Institute of Science, scientist with experience from the Czech Republic and Israel), and Miloslav Polášek (IOCB, scientist whose research has strong business potential).
